User roles, permissions and notifications

A Role consists of a set of specific permissions that can be applied to users who are assigned to that role.

Any user assigned to a specific role will automatically receive the set of permissions established in the template, ensuring consistent access control and functionality across users. Also, only notifications assigned to that role will be sent to users.
