Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
1. Logging In
Enter your login credentials and click Sign In.
2. 2FA Verification
If you have one 2FA method enabled:
You will be prompted to enter either the SMS OTP or Athentificator App code
If you have multiple 2FA methods enabled:
Choose between SMS OTP or Authenticator App for verification.
Enter the OTP from your selected method
3. Login Completion
If the OTP is entered correctly, you will be successfully logged into the platform.
Additional Considerations
If no 2FA methods are enabled and mandatory 2FA is not enforced, login will proceed without OTP verification
