Uploading supporting documents

During the Instrument submission process, you might be required to provide supporting documents together with the uploaded instruments. 

If required documents were not uploaded, the system will show an error message under the “Instrument error” column.

  1. Go to the “Instrument Upload” section

  2. Review Instruments with an error: a red exclamation mark next to “Attachments”

  3. Click on the “Attachments” to open a dialog box with the specific error message 

  4. Click on “Add New”

Add the chosen document

  1. Choose the Document type from a drop-down list

  2. Click on the designated field to upload a file from your documents. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file

  3. Click Save

Congratulations! The Supporting document has been successfully uploaded. You can now submit the Instrument. 

Instruments are now going through the review workflow, depending on earlier agreements.
