Restricting users from changing their names

To prevent users from changing their names, adjust user role permissions.

1. Modify User Role Permissions

   • Remove the "Manage My Company Users" permission from the user role

   • Users assigned to this role will be unable to edit their name and surname

2. Assign the role to a specific Team Member

3. Apply Restrictions by User Type

   • For Funder and Corporate users, apply restrictions separately on each platform. Also, please note, Admin users are the type of users that can edit their name at all time
