Onboarding Corporate Users

When onboarding a corporate client, the portal administrator can create the initial corporate portal users directly within the Companies creation wizard. These users will belong to the client’s organization and will gain access to the corporate client portal once the company is approved and activated.

The first user(s) created in this step will automatically become Super Admin users for that corporate client.

Where to Create Corporate Users

Corporate users are configured during the company setup process.

  1. Navigate to Companies.

  2. Start creating a new company or open the Company Creation Wizard.

  3. Complete the required sections such as:

    • Company Details & Address

    • Documents

    • Bank Accounts

  4. Navigate to the “Users” tab within the wizard.

This tab allows the portal administrator to define the initial user(s) who will manage the corporate client’s access to the platform.

In the Users tab, click on the "Add new user" button and enter the following details for the user within the client organization:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

This person will typically be the authorized signatory or another designated contact within the client organization.

Once created, this user will be assigned the Super Admin role on the corporate side of the platform.

User Account Activation

After the company has been approved and activated:

  1. An activation email is automatically sent to the defined user(s).

  2. The invited user will:

    • Set up their password

    • Log in to the corporate client portal.

The corporate portal is segregated from the internal bank platform, meaning corporate users will only have access to:

  • Their own organization

  • The spaces and facilities they are associated with.

They will not have visibility into other clients or internal bank environments.

Corporate Super Admin Responsibilities

The initial Super Admin user becomes responsible for managing access within their organization. This includes:

  • Inviting additional users

  • Assigning roles and permissions

  • Managing their organization’s user access

This delegated model allows the client organization to maintain control over its own user management.
