Instrument Upload Troubleshooting

When uploading an instrument to our system, users may encounter a variety of error messages under the "instrument errors" section. These errors stem from 22 specific validation checks designed to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the submitted instruments.

This article details the common validation checks that may trigger errors and offers solutions to correct them.

In instances where an error cannot be rectified, such as when an instrument is overdue, the system will prohibit further processing, making the deletion of the instrument necessary.
